Hello everyone – check out this link. It is the Encyclical released by the Pope yesterday ahead of the G8 summit in Italy, and probably the most prominent religiously-based commentary on the current financial situation. I have not read it yet and I understand that it strikes a moderate tone, but I still hope to find in it some good criticism of the extreme free-market policies that led us to this mess.
